Fenugreek Seeds – Fenugreek seeds are common in Indian kitchens and can be found in maximum of the preparations mainly due to the benefits they offer. These seeds are great for hair and are mostly used for hair treatment and care. Indian states like Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, West Bengal, and Uttaranchal are the leading exporters of fenugreek. The total production of these seeds is 1, 10,530.
Dry Ginger – Dry Ginger is these days a commonly found ingredient in Indian as well as International recipes. Many Indian states like Assam, Gujarat, Karnataka, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Orissa, Mizoram, West Bengal, Uttaranchal, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana produce ginger and dry ginger.
Turmeric – Turmeric is a widely used spice and medicine. It has a total production of 10, 92,628 from Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, West Bengal, Orissa, Mizoram, and Assam.
